About the role

As SAP QA Lead you will be accountable for defining governing and executing the endtoend testing strategy for Tolls UNO program. Working in close partnership with our System Integrator and internal delivery teams you will ensure functional integration and regression testing underpin a stable SAP S/4HANA golive. This role provides handson leadership across test strategy quality governance defect management and readiness assessments with a strong focus on risk mitigation and program assurance.

A day in the life of a SAP QA Lead at Toll Group

• Define and deliver the endtoend test strategy for SAP S/4HANA and integrated nonSAP systems
• Lead functional integration regression UAT and Production Verification Testing activities
• Manage defect lifecycle quality metrics reporting and risk indicators
• Partner with delivery teams and System Integrators to resolve defects and meet release thresholds
• Provide clear quality assessments and recommendations to program governance forums
• Support hypercare and postgolive quality activities as required

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related discipline
• Testing certification preferred
• Strong experience leading testing for large ERP or SAP S/4HANA programs
• Demonstrated experience working with System Integrators in complex delivery environments
• Ability to work across multiple time zones when required

Skills & experience

• Handson leadership using SAP TOSCA for automated testing and regression coverage
• Deep understanding of functional integration and regression testing approaches
• Proven defect management quality governance and reporting capability
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Structured detailoriented approach with strong risk awareness
• Confidence operating within programlevel assurance and governance forums
