About the Role
Were looking to hire a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition to join our Harrier team working onsite with one of our Retail customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded TA professional who enjoys the balance of people leadership strategic workforce planning stakeholder partnership and hands-on recruitment delivery.
As the Team Lead - Talent Acquisition you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence for our Retail customer. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners building capability collaboration and a culture of excellence.
- Shape and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities workforce plans and growth objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Drive innovative sourcing talent attraction employer brand and pipeline strategies to secure critical talent.
- Leverage market insights data and analytics to optimise recruitment outcomes and influence decision-making.
- Champion continuous improvement across processes systems technology and service delivery.

Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- Proven leadership experience within Talent Acquisition; Retail industry experience is highly advantageous
- Experience leading and developing TA teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions
- Experience managing recruitment strategies sourcing initiatives and workforce challenges
- A passion for candidate experience and continuous improvement
