About the Role

Reporting to the Plant Director we are seeking a Reliability & Projects Managerto lead asset performance maintenance strategy and capital projectdeliveryat our Dee Why site.You will lead a Maintenance Supervisor (and a team of Trades) and be is responsible fordriving plant reliability improving equipment uptime and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects from concept through to commissioning.

This includes but not limited managing/supporting:

  • Reliability & Assets: Lead reliability strategy optimise asset lifecycle and embed advanced maintenance (TPM predictive) to maximise uptime
  • Capital Projects: Deliver end-to-end capital projects ensuring strong governance cost control and measurable business outcomes
  • HSEQ: Champion safety compliance and risk management fostering a proactive safety culture
  • Sustainability: Drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact and achieve sustainability targets
  • Cost Management: Own maintenance and project budgets delivering cost efficiency and savings
  • Operational Excellence: Support continuous improvement boosting productivity and overall site performance

About You:

Experience

  • 5 years in leadership roles within engineering maintenance or manufacturing
  • Proven experience delivering capital projects and managing reliability programs
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in a production environment
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean TPM Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing regulations safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
  • Additionalcertification in Project Management Lean TPM or Six Sigma (preferred)
  • Training in safety hazard identification and risk management
