Your Role

As a Project Reporting Officer youll play a critical role in supporting project leadership and governance through the coordination analysis and preparation of project reporting. Youll help ensure project information is accurate timely and effectively communicated to key stakeholders while supporting governance processes and reporting compliance.

Youll:

  • Coordinate and prepare weekly and monthly reports for project leadership and governance forums.
  • Collect review analyse and consolidate reporting inputs from teams across the organisation.
  • Track reporting deadlines actions deliverables and governance requirements to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify inconsistencies gaps and emerging trends within project data and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates systems and processes to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
  • Support the preparation of briefing notes presentations and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Ensure reporting documentation is stored and managed in accordance with document control requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the project to gather information and drive reporting outcomes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Data Analytics Accounting Finance Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Experience in project reporting project coordination project controls PMO or a similar role within infrastructure construction engineering or capital projects.
  • Strong reporting data coordination and administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear and meaningful reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and risks within project information.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • A high level of computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and reporting systems.
