The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced driven Project Manager to spearhead our impressive $120M two-stage multi-residential development in the heart of Redcliffe.
Spanning two 12-storey towers with a three-level basement this landmark project is set to redefine Brisbanes evolving coastal landscape. As the Project Manager you will be the cornerstone of this build orchestrating every phase from design through to final completion while mentoring and leading a talented high-performing site team of up to 12 professionals.
In this pivotal leadership role you will
Foster a collaborative team culture that inspires excellence and innovation
Implement robust governance frameworks ensuring safety quality and efficiency
Drive strategic project planning across design pre-construction and construction phase
Manage detailed project budgets with meticulous cost control and financial tracking
Negotiate optimal terms with vendors and subcontractors to maximise project outcomes
Identify mitigate and manage risks with proactive problem-solving approaches
Oversee comprehensive quality assurance processes that exceed client expectations
Champion our Think Safe Live Well philosophy throughout all project activities
What Youll Bring
Minimum 10 years construction experience with 5 years in senior leadership roles
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field with relevant technical qualifications
QBCC Open Site Supervisor licence (essential)
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels
Strong leadership capability in developing and managing cross-functional teams
Proficiency with construction management platforms
Decisive problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic solutions-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and team morale
