The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director Organisational Change Enablement this role plays a pivotal part in shaping and embedding complex universitywide change initiatives. As the Project Manager Change Enablement you will provide highlevel coordination project management and strategic support to ensure major organisational change programs are delivered effectively and sustainably.

In this role you will drive the successful delivery of change initiatives by leading structured project planning stakeholder engagement and readiness activities. Your work will directly support Monashs commitment to performance excellence staff development and continuous improvement.

What youll lead:

  • Major change projects from conception to delivery ensuring clear structures deliverables and benefits tracking.
  • Integrated planning & risk management to keep milestones on track and issues visible.
  • Highquality change collateral including templates toolkits communications and briefings.
  • Engagement & communication that builds understanding support and ownership.
  • Impact readiness & adoption analysis to inform decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder collaboration across HR and university portfolios to enable smooth transitions

What youll bring:

  • Qualifications in HR business project management change or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting complex organisational change and applying recognised change methodologies.
  • Exceptional written communication and the ability to craft compelling briefings and presentations.
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with confidence.
  • Relationshipbuilding finesse - you influence negotiate and connect with ease.
  • Analytical strength and advanced capability with project tracking and collaborative platforms (e.g. Google Workspace).
