Job Summary
SeniorAdvisorGovernance (Climate Change) About Us About You You will be supporting theclimate change program of work for the Department of Customer Service. Youwilldevelop and define our approach work with teams and entities acrossthe Department tooperationaliseourapproach and assist withinterpreting incoming policy/legislative changes in the climate change space. Akey focus of this rolewill beworking closely with colleagues in otherDepartments and contributing to Department-wide and sector-wide forums. This role reports to the PrincipalClimate Change Risk Officer. To besuccessful in this role you will demonstrate: This is a great opportunityfor someone wanting to make a positive impact and drive change in the climatechange space within the public sector and learn more about NSW Governmentsapproach to climate change. It will require engagingwith Deputy Secretaries Executive Directors Directors and Managers across theDepartmental and Sector contacts.
Governance Risk andAssurance (GRA) is a Corporate Services business unit that delivers stronggovernance advisory and support services promotes a governance culture andoptimises performance in the Department of Customer Service.
GRAhas an opportunity for a proactive senior advisor to join the Climate Change teamon a temporary basis. We are seeking people with excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills who are committed to world class customerservice.
