Job Summary

The opportunity:

Join our team as a Project Assistant and play a key role in supporting the LifeCourse Cohort Explorer helping make valuable cohort study information more accessible to researchers across Australia. Working closely with cohort custodians youll collate and standardise metadata support stakeholder engagement and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality research platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to contribute to meaningful health and medical research.

What youll do

  • Support cohort teams by responding to queries and running orientation sessions
  • Use established processes to ensure cohort information is accurately represented in the LifeCourse Cohort Explorer
  • Collaborate with cohort teams and manage feedback effectively
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of consistent processes
  • Provide administrative support including coordinating stakeholder meetings and maintaining records

What youll bring

  • Qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Public Health Psychology)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with complex information
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to apply established processes and maintain consistent standards
