Principal Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major rail and transit infrastructure projects across all phases (planning design procurement construction handover)
• Manage scope schedule budget and risk ensuring successful commercial and project outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships including government agencies and contractors
• Oversee contract management and procurement strategies (D&C Alliance PPP models)
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams driving performance collaboration and safety
• Ensure compliance with rail safety regulatory and governance requirements (including ONRSR and Australian standards)

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 15 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects with strong focus on rail and transit
• Proven track record managing large-scale complex programs (multi-million/billion-dollar projects)
• Strong knowledge of Australian rail sector delivery models and contracts (D&C Alliance PPP)
• Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent (desirable)
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management leadership and commercial/project controls
