Why Your Role Matters:
The Precinct Experience Officer delivers high quality client coordination front of house services and venue support at our rapidly growing Canberra City Precinct.

Taking care of three venue spaces you will offer venue and event administration support and enquiry management whilst ensuring an exceptional experience for students staff industry and other user groups. Working as part of a collaborative team you will be central to ensuring these collaborative areas are functional well-stocked and professionally maintained.

Who You Are (skills and experience):

Demonstrated relevant administrative experience ideally in an educational hospitality venue or event management settings.

Proven track record of providing high quality customer service over the phone email and face-to-face.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and effectively within and across teams to build relationships with colleagues and internal and external.

Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) and produce accurate timely and well-presented information that meets requirements.

Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing spreadsheets databases internet and email.

Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage moderately complex tasks with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Highly developed organisational skills and work within strict deadlines in a busy and varied office environment.

Demonstrated experience with online booking systems or CRM.
