From assisting with luggage and valet parking to sharing local recommendations and escorting guests to their rooms you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

What Youll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist guests with arrivals departures and luggage services.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a personalised introduction to hotel facilities.
• Deliver exceptional service through genuine guest engagement and attention to detail.
• Coordinate the efficient handling of luggage mail messages and guest requests.
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest experiences.
• Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval where required.
• Share local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe clean and professional front entrance and lobby environment.

Qualifications :

About You

You are a friendly energetic and service-focused professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You bring:

• Previous experience in a hotel hospitality or guest service role (preferred).
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills with confident spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation and a warm welcoming personality.
• Sound knowledge of the local area or a willingness to learn.
• A valid Australian Drivers Licence.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
