W Sydney is now casting for a Wheels Attendant. If you are passionate and charismatic have outstanding communication skills zealous about creating a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for customers strive to provide personalized and attentive service that exceeds guests expectations then this exciting role is for you.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards. Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations. Is a part of the Wheels team operating the main hotel driveway car stacker valet parking service transportation services and courier / postal dispatching luggage services rooming guests during arrival and farewell and is runner for any guest requests. Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests. Supports Chief Concierge Duty Manager and Wheels Valet Captain to ensure all guests needs and information prior during and post stay that leads to a unique memorable and personal stay.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A valid full NSW Drivers License
