People Business Partner

Location: Adelaide

Were looking for an experienced hands-on People Business Partner to join our Group People team partnering closely with Business Managers across a diverse manufacturing organisation.

This is a true generalist role where youll work across the full HR spectrumsupporting leaders with day-to-day people matters while contributing to broader capability workforce and change initiatives.

What youll be doing

• Partner with leaders to provide practical solutions-focused HR advice
• Support delivery of people initiatives aligned to business priorities
• Manage and advise on employee relations matters (performance conduct grievances)
• Contribute to capability development workforce planning and organisational change
• Use people data and insights to inform decision-making
• Collaborate closely with the broader People team (TA L&D Safety)

What were looking for

• 5 years HR experience across a broad generalist/business partnering remit
• Strong background in employee relations and HR advisory
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels
• Experience across multiple HR disciplinesnot just a specialist area
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial frameworks
• Commercially astute pragmatic and hands-on in approach
