People Business Partner Commercial Portfolio (Sales & Corporate)

Location: Adelaide

Were seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our Group People team partnering with senior leaders across our Sales Marketing and corporate functions in a complex multi-site manufacturing business.

This role will suit a commercially astute HR professional who is confident operating at a strategic and operational levelcoaching leaders influencing decision-making and driving people outcomes aligned to business performance.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor to your client group you will:

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies aligned to commercial objectives
• Provide high-quality risk-aware advice on complex employee relations matters
• Influence and coach leaders to build capability accountability and high-performing teams
• Lead and support organisational design workforce planning and change initiatives
• Use data and insights to guide workforce decisions and improve business outcomes
• Work closely with Centres of Excellence (TA L&D Safety) to deliver integrated people solutions

This is a hands-on Business Partner role where youll balance strategic input with operational delivery.

About You

You are a credible and pragmatic HR Business Partner who brings:

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in Sales Marketing or corporate functions
• Demonstrated success in true Business Partnering roles (not only HR Advisory)
• Strong capability in employee relations coaching and influencing outcomes at leadership level
• Experience driving organisational change capability uplift and workforce initiatives
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and industrial frameworks
• A commercial mindset with the ability to link people decisions to business performance

You are confident resilient and outcomes-focused with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
