Job Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill a permanent part-time position of Administration Officer at the Canberra Office.
The position is for 4 hours per day 5 days per week with the possibility of increasing in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support including:
Managing office correspondence and initial enquiriesBooking client transportsPlacing client ordersAssisting with data entry record keeping and filingAssisting with recruitmentMaintaining office and field suppliesGeneral administrative duties e.g. filing
Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role candidates should possess:
Proven experience in office administration or a related field.Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of Support at Home and NDIS programs.

Caring compassionate & friendlyDemonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills including familiarity with and confidence in using the Microsoft SuiteProven relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders as well as good interpersonal negotiation and problem solving skillsAbility to work as part of a team

Proof of Working RightsNDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record CheckPrevious experience in the community care or health/aged care sector (preferred)
