What youll do

As aLead Surveyor in our Geospatial team basedin our Brisbane Officeyoullcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Advise clients on survey and spatial requirements for complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and manage risks for design on water transport defence energy environment and industrial projects.
• Deliver high-quality advice and data that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance including experience with large datasets
• Have the ability to lead mobilise and manage a team of surveyors

What youll bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in survey.
• Surveyors Board of Queensland Registration would be highly valued along with a Cadastral Endorsement or desire to obtain this.
• A track record of delivering practical impactful outcomes
• Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
• Ability to travel from time to time to support projects mostly in Queensland.
