About the Role

As AI Solutions Tech Lead you will guide engineering and development standards for automation AI and agentic delivery within the Intelligent Solutions Delivery group. You will work closely with solution architects and agile squads to design scalable secure and fit-for-purpose solutions. This role supports initiatives that improve efficiency streamline manual processes and optimise operational cost. You will help translate strategy into practical design patterns reusable standards and reliable delivery outcomes across business areas.

What Youll Do

• Review AI and automation designs to ensure solutions meet technical standards and business needs

• Develop reusable patterns UML views and design guidance for delivery teams across business areas

• Collaborate with architects analysts developers data scientists and platform engineers to assess solution feasibility

• Oversee implementation activity including technical challenges deployment readiness and design alignment

• Mentor developers through code reviews shared learnings and practical support during delivery

• Apply AI across the software delivery lifecycle to improve code generation reviews and engineering quality

What Youll Bring

• Experience in solution design across AI machine learning automation and cloud technologies

• Hands-on knowledge of AI and automation platforms including UiPath Databricks AWS or Azure

• Programming capability in Python Java or C# with strong knowledge of data structures and system design

• Understanding of secure scalable architecture APIs event streams and common integration patterns

• Experience with SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL or Redshift

• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical material to varied stakeholders
