About the role

As an Integration Lead Developer you will play a critical role in enabling secure reliable and highperforming integrations across our corporate technology landscape. Leading the adoption of Workato as our strategic integration platform youll design and deliver enterprisegrade integrations between SAP S/4HANA and a range of business systems with a strong focus on data quality operational stability and financecritical processes. You will provide handson technical leadership while working closely with architects delivery teams and business stakeholders.

A day in the life of an Integration Lead Developer at Toll Group

• Lead the design build and support of integrations using Workato
• Deliver secure performant data flows across SAP and corporate systems
• Develop reusable recipes connectors and integration components
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts on endtoend delivery
• Troubleshoot integration incidents and support hypercare post golive
• Maintain highquality documentation monitoring and operational runbooks

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related discipline
• Masters degree will be highly regarded
• 7 years experience in enterprise integration development
• Proven experience in a senior or lead integration role
• Strong background delivering Workato and SAP S/4HANA integrations in production environments
• Ability to work across multiple time zones when required.

Skills & experience

• Expert knowledge of Workato REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP cloud and security principles
• Experience delivering financecritical integrations in regulated environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Strong governance documentation and assurance capability
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical scalable solutions
