THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity available for an ICT Program Managerto join our People and Corporate ServicesDivision in Macquarie Park Sydney this role you will manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects in a fast paced complex corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of ICT programs including developing and managing project plans schedules budgets and risk frameworks to ensure successful outcomes
Oversee a portfolio of projects providing regular reporting to senior leadership on progress financials risks and delivery milestones
Manage and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on in project delivery ensuring projects are executed on time within scope and to quality standards
Engage and influence senior stakeholders business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment collaboration and successful program outcomes
Champion best practice project delivery by embedding modern methodologies and acting as a centre of excellence for project and program management across the business
Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects in a corporate environment
Experienced with budgets procurement and vendor management
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate progress clearly via reports and visualisations
Strong organisational capability and attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects within a portfolio
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional in-house and offshore delivery teams
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with end-to-end program delivery oversight (including budget and risk management)
Results-driven leader with a passion for delivering high-quality complex programs and developing high-performing teams
