Role: HIL Senior Engineer
Location: Perth WA
Experience: 8 years
Required Technical Skill Set: MATLAB Python/C HIL Testing NI dSPACE MicroAutoBox/Speedgoat TruckSim Offboard-Onboard System Integration Testing for Fleet Management/ADAS
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Programming experience in MATLAB Simulink Python C
- Experience with HIL simulation platforms like NI Speedgoat dSPACE MicroAutoBox Vector CANoe.
- Design and develop automation framework that enables efficient HIL testing of both fleet management and ADAS systems.
- HIL Testing Expertise Experience with Virtual Simulation and HIL systems for validation.
- Software & Embedded Testing Familiarity with integration testing DDS CAN proto-cols and real-time simulation.
- Ensure well-integrated infra setup for HIL system with device under test sensors and other hardware components.
- Identify which test cases can be automated and prioritize them to optimize the testing process.
- Evaluate and benchmark solutions and tools for automation based on project needs.
- Hands-on implementation of automated testing developing test scripts and executing automated test cases.
- Hands-on development of automation scripts executing automated tests maintaining the automation infrastructure and troubleshooting issues during test execution.
- CI/CD Integration Hands-on experience with Jenkins GitHub CI/CD or equivalent tools.
- Collaboration with dev and test team for requirement and issue analysis.
