Job Summary

Step into a role where your ideas and curiosity genuinely matter. As a Graduate Façade Engineer youll contribute to real projects from your first week. Youll support façade design building performance modelling and technical documentation across a variety of buildings.

What We Offer You

  • Mentorship: guidance and support from Façades and Sustainability experts.
  • Continuous Learning: exposure to rating frameworks building codes and standards all within a supportive environment.
  • Collaboration: work closely with architects structural façade and acoustic engineers and other consultants to determine the best building physics and sustainability outcomes.
  • Hands-on Experience: practical involvement in building physics design façade performance assessments and modelling to understand the internal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teamwork: youll work alongside a variety of specialists learning how different disciplines come together to deliver successful projects. Building relationships with clients on projects and developing contacts within the façade industry.
  • Problem Solving: tackle real challenges think creatively and help shape practical solutions that improve project outcomes. Undertaking the design engineering and documentation for façade and build-ability consultancy inclusive of detailed engineering calculations analysis drawings and specifications.
  • Quality Focus: learn how we meet industry standards and regulations while delivering work were proud of. Reviewing contractor submissions show drawings and calculations.

Qualifications :

Who Were Looking For

  • Recent graduate with a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering (Structural)
  • Available to start February 2027
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia

About You

  • Strong interested in big picture design architecture and sustainability
  • Detail orientated and analytical
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
  • Experience working within a team in retail hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
