Job Summary
Requirements
Provide end-user level IT support services at the Customer Offices (Adelaide Perth & Brisbane).
The role focuses on delivering onsite and remote support for end user devices and software supporting IT activities and ensuring a high-quality user experience under the supervision of the EUC Lead.
Desktop and laptop support
Software installation and configuration
Remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer Remote Desktop etc.)
Basic network troubleshooting
Active Directory (user account management permissions)
Device imaging and deployment tools (desirable)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests effectively

Handle and resolve end-user issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide end-user services including troubleshooting guidance and technical assistance
Deliver onsite break/fix support for hardware and software issues
Coordinate with and escalate hardware-related issues to third-party service providers
Provide remote support to users as required
Diagnose and resolve laptop and desktop-related issues
Deploy and install software on user workstations
Deliver desk side (in-person) support to end users
Install configure and maintain customer-owned end-user devices and software
Maintain accurate records of incidents service requests and resolutions
Support IS project activities as assigned by the EUC Lead Ensure adherence to IT policies procedures and security standards
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Relevant IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft CompTIA A ITIL Foundation) are desirable
24 years of experience in an EUC desktop support or IT support role
Experience providing onsite and remote technical support
Hands-on experience with:
o Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
o Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications
o Hardware troubleshooting (laptops desktops peripherals)
Experience with software deployment and endpoint configuration
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes; experience working with third-party vendors/service providers
