Job Summary

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Finishes Foreman with experience in high-rise residential projects. This role involves overseeing the finishing stages of construction ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Join our team in Cronulla and contribute to the successful delivery of our residential developments.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the finishing works on high-rise residential projects.
Ensure all finishing activities comply with safety and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman in high-rise residential construction.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
