Job Summary

We are proud to be partnering with one of Austalias largest construction contractors who deliver landmark projects across government health institutional civil and commercial industries. Their projects are nationally-renowned and include both government and private sector clients and can surpass $1B in scale. They will be a major contributor to building Brisbanes Olympic infrastructure.

There is a current requirement for an experienced foreman to join the project team on a $100M institutional project on the Gold Coast . Suitable candidates will have a background managing trades in an EBA environment and be able to demonstrate the following:-
  • Full experience across all trade packages including structure -site establishment piling/foundations basement dig basement structure main tower structure and tower crane. Services - Mechanical electrical hydraulics gases - Finishes - Ceiling partitions joinery facade and external works

  • Ensuring SWMS and OHS compliance with all structural trades (Steel concrete formwork)

  • Undertaking weekly safety walks and closeout of items compliance with safety procedures

  • Pre-pour inspections Daily pre-starts with subcontractors sequencing - 2 week look ahead programmes

  • Understanding of Aconex/or Procore Software
