What You Will Do
- Partner with finance and commercial leaders to understand evolving business priorities and translate financial data into clear actionable recommendations that influence decisions.
- Deliver accurate weekly monthly and quarterly performance reporting adapting priorities to meet changing business needs and tight deadlines.
- Support month-end close forecasting cycles annual budgets and strategic planning activities while maintaining a high standard of financial accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyze business performance identify key drivers risks and opportunities and present concise financial narratives that enable leadership teams to take action.
- Challenge assumptions through financial modelling scenario analysis and independent commercial insight helping leaders evaluate business decisions and investment opportunities.
- Manage reporting and analysis for bonus and commission programs ensuring data integrity accurate accruals and meaningful performance insights across the business.
- Build trusted partnerships across finance and operational teams by proactively identifying issues responding to stakeholder needs and driving solutions that support business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting planning and analytical processes enhancing efficiency data quality and decision-making capability.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Commerce or a related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualification completed or currently in progress.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis commercial finance management accounting or a related finance function.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling forecasting and analysis of large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence platform for reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience supporting budgeting forecasting and performance management processes in a corporate environment.
- Experience preparing financial models and scenario analyses to support commercial or operational decision-making.
