Working closely with senior leaders you will develop Consumer Finance strategy support strategic planning and investment decisions prepare executive-level communications and help ensure our priorities remain aligned to broader business objectives. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders across Consumer Finance Group Strategy and the wider Bank.

Hybrid: 23 days per week in the office

• Experience in Strategy Business Management Chief of Staff Planning or Consulting environments.
• Strong Consumer Finance Retail Banking or Credit Cards experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing executive or board-level materials.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear strategic recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership groups.

• Experience in Credit Cards Consumer Lending or Consumer Finance.
• Exposure to Group Strategy business planning or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• A balance of strategic thinking and practical business experience with the ability to connect strategy to commercial outcomes.
