Job Summary
Bakers Delight Morley is seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our friendly bakery team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about baking and producing fresh high-quality products for the local community.
- Prepare and bake bread rolls sweet products and other bakery items
- Measure mix mould prove and bake dough according to bakery recipes
- Operate ovens mixers and bakery equipment safely
- Maintain high standards of product quality freshness and presentation
- Follow food safety hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
- Assist with stock rotation ingredient preparation and cleaning duties
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail bakery environment
Requirements
- Previous baking experience or relevant qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of bread production and baking techniques
- Ability to work early mornings weekends and public holidays as required
- Reliable hard-working and able to work under pressure
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Required Skills:
AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification OR minimum 35 years relevant commercial baking experience At least 2 years post-qualification or equivalent industry experience Proven experience in artisan and commercial bread production Strong understanding of dough fermentation baking processes and quality control Ability to work early mornings weekends and under pressure Reliable punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
