As the company continues to expand they are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to provide executive-level support and help streamline daily business operations.
Role Overview
This is a fully remote full-time role for an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant who will work closely with senior executives to manage schedules coordinate projects organize communications and support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented resourceful and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars appointments and daily schedules
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and record meeting minutes
- Screen prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of executives
- Arrange travel bookings accommodation and itineraries when required
- Prepare reports presentations proposals and business documents
- Maintain CRM records and ensure client information is accurate and up to date
- Organize and maintain digital files and confidential business documents
- Coordinate with clients suppliers and internal teams professionally
- Track projects monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Conduct online research and prepare summaries for executive review
- Assist with invoice tracking expense records and administrative reporting
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Candidate Requirements
- 1 years experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing calendars emails and administrative workflows
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using CRM platforms and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
