Lead Service Excellence Across Critical Government Services

We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Executive (CDE)to provide senior delivery leadership across a complex government account spanning Service Desk Field Services Project Services and Service Management.
It is a senior leadership positionfocused on delivery assurance governance and commercial accountability working through influence and strong partnerships with service line leaders to uplift service maturity quality and performance.

The Opportunity

As the Client Delivery Executive you will be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomesacross the account. You will lead endtoend service delivery through structured governance clear performance oversight and collaborative engagement ensuring services are consistently delivered in line with contractual commitments and client expectations.

You will work closely with the Client Executive service line leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment across operational delivery project activity and executive engagement while maintaining a strong focus on financial performance and risk management. Delivery excellence in this role is also the foundation for growth: the credibility you build through consistent service outcomes will open the door to expanding our application and infrastructure support portfolio within the account.

This is a rare opportunity to lead delivery at genuine scale on an account of national significance. The services you oversee directly support critical government operations and your decisions will carry visibility at the most senior levels of both the client and the organisation. Your Impact

Delivery Leadership

You will provide endtoend delivery leadership across multiple service lines ensuring consistent highquality service outcomes through effective service assurance performance oversight and strong collaboration with Service Desk Field Services Project Management and Service Management leaders. Your focus will be on lifting the maturity integration and value of each service line so the account performs as one coherent delivery capability rather than a collection of towers.

Governance & Assurance

You will uplift and lead disciplined accountlevel governance ensuring clear accountability proactive risk and issue management and continuous uplift in service maturity. Your leadership will ensure operational and project activities are aligned transparent and wellcontrolled.

Commercial Accountability

You will own deliveryside financial performance for the account partnering with commercial and service line leaders to protect margin maintain cost discipline and identify and mitigate delivery and commercial risks early.

Growth & Portfolio Development

You will contribute directly to account growth by identifying and shaping opportunities to expand our application and infrastructure support portfolio. Working with the Client Executive and solution teams you will translate delivery insight into credible growth propositions ensuring the quality of what we deliver today earns the right to do more tomorrow. Beyond the core portfolio you will contribute to the shaping mobilization and delivery of adjacent growth areas bringing the delivery experience and capability needed to stand up new services with confidence and take them to a stable highperforming run state.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this role. With ability to successfully obtain NV2 Security Clearance.

• Proven experience in senior service delivery client delivery or account leadership roles within government or managed services environments

• Strong understanding of IT service delivery and ITSM practices with the ability to lead at a service assurance and governance level

• Track record of contributing to account growth with the ability experience and capability to identify shape and support expansion opportunities across application and infrastructure support services and to contribute effectively to the delivery of adjacent growth areas

• Demonstrated success leading through influence in complex matrixed delivery environments

• Commercial acumen with experience managing delivery performance cost drivers and margin outcomes

• Strong executivelevel communication skills and the confidence to engage credibly with senior government stakeholders
