Job Summary

Are you highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities at once Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same Are you experienced providing administrative support Do you want to use your skills in an organisation committed to supporting individuals families and communities across Western Australia As Executive Services Officer you will provide administrative and project support to our Chief Executive Officer and Executive leadership team.

About the role

  • Reporting to the CEO you will provide end-to-end executive support to the CEOand Executive leadership team including meeting coordination travelplanning and diary management.
  • You will assist with the planning and coordination of internal and external Holyoake events.
  • You will coordinate executive and governance meetings including preparation ofagendas and papers minute taking action tracking and follow up.
  • You will act as a key point of contact for seniorstakeholders handling enquiries professionally escalating as required andmaintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • You will provide facilities management support including liaising with tradespeople on electrical plumbing and other maintenance issues across Holyoakes offices.
  • You will support the design and deliver of high-quality presentationsand written materials with a strong eye for detail.

This is a permanent full time position working 37.5 hours per week.

About you

  • You have well-developed administrative skills including experience preparing accurate meeting minutes.
  • You can manage multiple priorities at once and can demonstrate time management skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have experience supporting the planning and running of internal and external events.
  • You can demonstrate an ability to show judgement discretion andprofessionalism when working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • You have the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
  • You are highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint and CoPilot.
  • You can work autonomously when needed and value being part of a strong connected team
