Job Summary

As our Portfolio Marketing Executive you will be responsible for driving awareness engagement and revenue across our hotels through the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns. You will engage with varied market segments including leisure corporate MICE and food & beverage.  If you are experienced with both digital and traditional marketing channels can bring innovation and creativity to your role and enjoy working as part of a team we would love to hear from you. Your key duties will include:

  • Plan and execute web SEO/SEM email social media and other marketing activities on behalf of the hotels
  • Develop and schedule engaging on-brand content for Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and other relevant platforms
  • Ensure all hotel and restaurant websites ( ) are up-to-date visually appealing and SEO-optimised.
  • Design and produce branded materials including brochures menus in-room compendiums and signage.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Revenue and F&B teams to support integrated commercial campaigns.
  • Assist the Portfolio Director of Sales and Marketing with specified projects relating to Sales Marketing Communication PR & Events

Qualifications :

  • Experience in the hospitality/hotel/travel industry is high desirable - Minimum 2 years working within one or all of these markets.
  • Formal qualification in PR/Marketing or Communications will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a polished and professional demeanour
  • Sound digital marketing concepts
  • Experience in preparing writing and proofing advertising copy is desirable
  • Excellent administrative skills with Microsoft Office expertise to Intermediate or Advanced level
