An opportunity has arisen to join Ideagens dynamic and fast-paced global SaaS sales team. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities engaging prospective clients and contributing to revenue generation.
This position involves outbound prospecting lead qualification and initiating conversations with senior decision-makers. It offers a structured development pathway for individuals looking to build a career in sales within an international technology business.
Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential prospective customers and business opportunities
Generate and qualify leads through outreach including calls email and networking
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation strategies
Work towards achieving individual and team targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Accurately record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM systems
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in sales business development or a customer-facing role is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Ability to develop professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
