The Role:
Our Direct Care Coordinators develop manage and deliver optimised rosters for our Victorian workforce:
- First point of contact for Direct Care delivery staff service brokerage providers and external agencies
- Provide timely and customised support to our aged care customers
- Rostering staff whilst considering customers unique service requirements and staff skills sets operational efficiency and cost effectiveness

Skills and Experience:
- A positive can-do attitude with ability to engage with a range of customers and staff
- Demonstrated rostering capabilities (in aged care advantageous)
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Rostering systems Kronos (UKG) Alayacare HumanForce or other rostering systems
In Home Rostering knowledge highly regarded. - Knowledge of the SCHADS award - desirable but not essential
