Your Roles Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and lead all design and engineering aspects of a project
Facilitate value engineering and design kick-off meetings
Establish the SDRL/Deliverables list and ensure each team member is accountable for providing delegated deliverables within agreed timeframes
Facilitate weekly design coordination meetings across all disciplines
Incorporate Workplace Health Safety and Environmental (WHSE) requirements into the design process including SID HAZID and HAZOP reviews ensuring outcomes are implemented
Resolve interface issues between disciplines including raising technical queries and communicating resolutions to all stakeholders
Lead Client and Contractor meetings to resolve technical engineering issues
Present design solutions to clients during design reviews and workshops
Coordinate the collection and distribution of technical information across internal teams contractors and clients
Review drawings to identify issues recommend solutions and implement preventative measures
Perform additional duties as required to support operational requirements
Provide design and engineering input to the estimating and new business teams
About you:
Engineering Degree
10 year experience in a similar position
Experience in working with multiple discipline projects
NPI Experience is highly regarded
