Permanent Part-Time 7-Day Roster Hobart
What Youll Do:
- Be a friendly face for our passengers answering questions and providing travel information
- Assist customers with ticketing reservations and sales to ensure a smooth journey
- Support our drivers and ensure a comfortable travel experience for everyone
- Assist passengers with luggage handling when required
- Handle phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer spaces
- Ensure cash handling and transactions are secure and accurate
- Work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays to keep Hobart moving
What Were Looking For:
- A strong background in customer service experience in transport retail or hospitality is a plus
- A proactive and hands-on approach you enjoy interacting with people and solving problems
- Strong administration and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy customer-facing environment
- A reasonable level of physical fitness as you may need to assist passengers with luggage when required
- High attention to detail especially with cash handling and reservations
