What would I be doing

As a client coordinator you will oversee a team of employment services staff that assist a clients journey from intake to employment/program exit. You will also be supporting staff perform individualised employment preparation job search marketing and placement of people with disability to sustainable long-term employment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating employment services staff to achieve appropriate outcomes for a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment.
• Working with the Marketing Officer to develop document and implement high quality marketing strategies.
• Promoting and organising job placement for participants in collaboration with the Support Officer.
• Working with other employment service staff employers and participants by providing support to maximise integration development and achievement of goals set out in job plans.
