About the role:

As an Analyst Change and Improvement you will be part of the university-wide change management and improvement this role you will be identifying impacts resulting from changes to people process systems and culture as well as the development and delivery of key documentation to support the successful implementation of change activities.

As an Analyst Change and Improvement you will:

  • Analyse complex information and provide insights to support decision-makingon change activities.
  • Identifyopportunities for improvement and implement change through workshops discovery sessions andtraining coordination.
  • Establish andmaintainstrong relationships with team memberscolleaguesand partners ensuring clarity of rolesresponsibilitiesand expectations within teams.
  • Seekand respond to feedback to improve services and project outcomes.
  • Plan and prioritise work and critical activities appropriatelyevaluate progressrecognise andremovebarriersdeliveroutcomes and apply learnings.
  • Actively encourage and coach others to question traditional assumptions promote ideas and review practices and policies and translate into tangible change and workplace improvements

To be successful youll have:

  • A Degree withsubstantialsubsequentexperience; orequivalent
  • Experiencedeliveringcomplexwork
  • Stronganalyticaland changemanagement capability
  • Experience as a business analyst or similar in a change or process improvement environment
  • Ability tooperateindependently
  • Experience in complex environments
