Hours: Permanent Full-time 38 hours per week
Location: Newcastle Hunter Mid Coast Port Macquarie NSW locations all considered.
Salary: $80000 per annum super and $15900 in salary packaging
Reporting to: Manager Building & Facilities

The opportunity
This isafast-paced highly varied rolewhere no two days are the a broad Northern NSW portfoliofrom Coffs Harbour to the Central Coastensuring our properties are well-maintained compliant and continuously improved.
Just as importantlyyoullplay a critical role in ensuring ourmaintenance systems reporting and administration areaccurate up-to-date and driving effective decision-making.
Success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised manage your time effectively andmaintainexceptional attention to detail across both operational and administrative priorities.
Whatyoullbe doing
Coordinatingrepairs maintenance and planned worksacross your portfolio
Managing contractors and ensuringquality compliance andtimelydelivery
Conductingregular site inspectionsandidentifyingimprovements
Maintainingaccurate real-time recordsof all maintenance activity in our Salesforce system
Managing work orders tracking progress and ensuring nothing is missed or delayed
Preparingclear andtimelyreportsto support operational oversight and planning
Developing scopes of work sourcing quotes and supporting procurementprocesses
Supportingrefurbishments relocations and minor capital works projects
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers
Whatyoullbring
Proven experience inproperty or facilities management(or similar)
A strongadministrative and systems mindsetyou take pride in accuracy and keeping things up to date
Excellenttime management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work
Confidence coordinating trades projects and competing deadlines
A proactive solutions-focused approachyouanticipateissues and stay ahead
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Knowledge ofcommercial and residential property environments
A willingness to travel regularly throughout the Northern portfolioincludingsome overnight travel depending on base location.
Other requirements:
Current Driver Licence (minimum P2)
Willingness to undertake a Police Check
