Facilities & Maintenance Facilities Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of maintenance and preparation of the venue ahead of events at Accor Stadium ensuring operation is of highest standards for clients service departments tenants and role involves overseeing and monitoring contracted services to ensure compliance with Venues NSW standards coordinating activities to maintain asset performance planning resource allocation for events and supervising contractors and staff. The role also contributes to developing management plans for buildings and assets assisting with projects reviewing service contracts and ensuring all operations align with Venues NSWs best interests and YOUYou are a proactive and hands-on facilities professional with demonstrated experience coordinating building operations contractors and maintenance services. You have strong organisational skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment. With a commitment to safety compliance and exceptional customer service you build positive relationships with stakeholders and contractors while ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
