Breakfast Commis Chef

What you will be doing/ Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
• Supporting chefs during busy service periods in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining consistency and quality across all food offerings
• Ensuring food safety hygiene and cleanliness standards are met at all times
• Keeping workstations clean organised and efficient
• Assisting with stock rotation and minimising food wastage
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
