Bar Attendant

• Provide friendly efficient and professional service to all guests and clients
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails wines and spirits
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed 
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager and the Supervisors in the overall operations of the bar

Qualifications :

• Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant fast-paced high-volume venue.
• Knowledge of cocktails cocktail making and beverage production spirits wine and beer and know what is on-trend. 
• Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a can do attitude.
• Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster including late nights weekends and public holidays.
• Must have RSA certificate.
