W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay Brisbane City is hiring a WET Deck Bar Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our poolside oasis WET Deck. Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Manage and lead a team supporting Talent by empowering and motivating them to deliver exceptional guest services
• Conduct training and development to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products menu and service standards
• Implement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property
• Manage in compliance with all local state and Federal beverage and liquor laws
• Understand beverage control including days on hand perpetual inventory bar pars portion control costs controls beverage potentials mix of sales analysis for beverage issue & returns food standards and period end inventory;
• Comprehend budgets operating statements and payroll reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department
• Maintain food handling and sanitation standards
• Lead planning and development of menus
• Hotel experience preferred
