Thisis anexciting opportunitytobe a key member oftheNSWOffice Leasing teamand provide supportin dailyoperations of the leasing willbe requiredto:

• Effectively manage data and systems for the leasing department.

• Maintain and take responsibility for the leasing market database.

• Liaise with the broader industry (agentstenantsand their advisers) to ensureaccuraterecord keeping.

• Proactively lead andassistin interpreting the data and preparation ofmarket presentations and materials for the office leasing team.

• Assistthe established leasing business in daily operations.

• Cross-check and verify system dataon a regularbasis;

• Maintain and upload internet listings.

• Work with the JLL Research teamand internal stakeholdersto innovate our leasing materials and presentations.

• Supportthe leasing teamwith marketing campaign management and processes.

• Manage andsupport the JLL Centre of Excellence (CoE)locatedin India providing them market information and intelligence to ensurea high levelof accuracy

• UpskillCoEcolleagues ensuring data accuracy across allMarketLinkfunctions
• Financial analysis accuracyachieve a greater than 95% level of accuracy when providingfinancial modellingassistance(measured by the number of versions requiring material corrections afteran initialreview by aDirector)
• Marketreportgeneration Author andassistwith quarterly Research market reportfor the relevant NSW office markets with each report toidentifyat least 1 new trenditemor opportunity to report on
• Brokersupportmaintaina better than24 hourturnaround time forad-hoc data requests from brokers in the market. Larger more complexrequests turnaround times are to be provided at the time of request
• Data integrity and platformproficiencyEnsureMarketLinkaccuracy increases across the duration ofemployment in the Analyst position including the management and review ofDataCoEtaskssupportand implementation
• Lease abstraction &summarisation successfully abstract and summarise critical financial terms for leases as requested by brokers providing support andassistancein expiry profiling and deal analysis
