We deliver prime systems integration projects which build develop and support military solutions for Defence. The team focuses on leveraging our local engineering our services expertise and global products to bring new capabilities to the Australian Defence Force.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused PMO Analyst to support the delivery of complex ICT and Defence-aligned outcomes. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful program delivery in an environment where governance reliable information strong relationships and continuous improvement directly support customer success.
Working within the Program Management Office you will provide coordination governance support reporting information management and process uplift across a busy program environment. You will work closely with project managers program leaders and functional stakeholders to maintain effective program controls and ensure accurate timely information is available to support decision making.
Coordinate PMO governance activities including meeting support action tracking reporting cycles decision records and ongoing program coordination.
Support project controls and delivery governance through stage gate reviews quality compliance activities reporting risks issues dependencies deliverables tracking and project baseline management.
Contribute to PMO continuous improvement by enhancing processes templates registers tooling solutions and information management practices to support consistent project and program delivery.
Analyse financial information support forecast updates and reporting activities and investigate and resolve variances and anomalies to maintain effective financial control.
Administer and improve Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments while supporting business process uplift communications document management data management and capability development across the PMO team.
We are looking for someone who brings judgement curiosity and a collaborative approach to work that matters.
Proven experience contributing to the development operation and ongoing improvement of a PMO with a strong understanding of governance controls and reporting within large organisations.
Highly organised self-driven and focused on continuous improvement with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including experience identifying and managing risks and issues and supporting project and program monitoring and control activities.
Advanced capability using Microsoft Office applications including producing professional outputs in Word and PowerPoint and analysing data in Excel using formulas and pivot tables.
Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships communicate effectively across all levels and work collaboratively with limited direction; experience with SharePoint Online Power BI Power Apps Power Automate and Defence ICT government or regulated environments is desirable.
This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and hold or be eligible to obtain a NV-1 security clearance.
