Someone who can provide support to the leadership team and schedule their maintenance technicians.
About the role
This fully remote role will support the Managing Director Head of Sales Head of Technicians and The National Project Manager. Working along-side the Leadership Team you will work across the business providing the communication and glue that holds them together. Using your high level organisational and administrative skills you will up lift the standards of this company making sure all formal correspondence is professional and engaging. This role needs a candidate who is work driven and strives to grow their skills and knowledge as the business develops.
While supporting the leadership team you will schedule local and contract technicians for planned and reactive maintenance Nationally. You will manage the service email providing prompt responses to enquiries ensuring service is held to a specific standard. You will manage the client data base ensuring project and maintenance records are up to date and available to the team.
This role will require the candidate to work along-side both corporate professionals and trades. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to the Managing Director Head of Sales Head of Technicians and The National Project Manager
- Responding to service enquiries and scheduling field technicians: 4 locally and contracted technicians Regionally
- Administrative tasks including: Invoicing for services Work Health and Safety documentation managing the service email data base records and customer portals
Skills and experience
- Prior working experience in administration/assistant roles
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft 365O skills
- Prior experience in Blue Collar Industries or scheduling
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously.
