Are you highly organised detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment Join ESS as an Accommodation Administrator and play a key role in supporting accommodation operations across multiple remote sites.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily accommodation bookings arrivals and departures
- Manage room allocations and accommodation systems
- Liaise with site teams and housekeeping to ensure accurate room readiness
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and booking issues
- Prepare and distribute reports for operational teams and management
- Maintain strong client communication and service delivery standards
- Support contractor coordination and system compliance
