Answering incoming calls & responding to customer inquires
Invoicing
Data entry
Stocktake
Microsoft NAV
Rostering
Consignment notes
Booking transport
Servicing & assisting contractors & vendors
Other duties as required
Experience Required:
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Unlimited Australian Work Rights
Previous administration & customer service experience
Microsoft NAV experience
Competent computer skills (Outlook Excell Word)
EPR System operation experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently & team-oriented
Hours:
Rotating Shifts during the hours of 6:00am 6:30pm. 6:00am 9:00am starts.
