Admin Assistant Talent Acquisition

  • Clerk Grade 3/4 - starting annual salary $87119 per annum super
  • Employment Type: 2 x Temporary opportunities available
    • Full time 12-month maternity leave coverage
    • Full time temp contract to December 2026
  • Office location: Flexible across Haymarket CBD Parramatta and Gosford. Hybrid working with an expectation to attend the team landing days in office 2 days per week

As an Admin Assistant Talent Acquisition you will be instrumental in providing high quality administrative support and coordinating tasks that keeps recruitment and onboarding activities running smoothly. Working closely with recruiters hiring managers and candidates you will balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills attention to detail and customer focus truly matter.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate end to end recruitment administration including pre-employment checks letters of offer contracts and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and data across recruitment systems ensuring confidentiality data integrity and compliance
  • Respond to enquiries and liaise with recruiters hiring managers and stakeholders escalating matters where appropriate
  • Provide general administrative support such as records management routine correspondence meeting coordination and inbox management

You are organised reliable and enjoy supporting others to succeed. You take ownership of your work and are accountable for delivering accurate high-quality outcomes even when juggling competing priorities. You understand the importance of confidentiality professionalism and follow-through in a people-focused environment.

Salary Grade 3/4 with the base salary for this role starting at $87199 base plus superannuation
