We are seeking a Senior Account Director to manage and develop relationships with two strategic customers. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on customer engagement account growth and long-term relationship management.
As Senior Account Director you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships across both organisations understanding their business priorities and ensuring they realise value from Ideagens solutions. You will identify opportunities to expand the use of our aviation portfolio supporting both customer success and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
Create and execute strategic account plans that support customer objectives and business growth
Identify opportunities for account expansion including additional products services and solution adoption
Manage the customer lifecycle from planning and engagement through to implementation adoption renewal and ongoing success
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic account activity and customer engagement
Deliver accurate forecasting account reporting and pipeline management
Maintain account information and activity within Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and maximise value delivered
Share customer feedback and market insights to support product and go-to-market strategy.
Skills and Experience
Experience in account management customer management or related commercial roles
Experience managing large strategic accounts and driving revenue growth
Knowledge of the Australian aviation sector and its stakeholder environment
Experience working with software technology or SaaS-based solutions
Strong commercial planning and forecasting skills
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building abilities
A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across multiple teams
