I am a data analyst with a successful track record of creating and improving databases, data collection systems, and data analytics. Responsible for data modeling and data analysis to create standard reports and customized ones. • Responsible for Device Lifecycle Management operational reporting and analysis.
• Working closely with DLM customers in providing the department with appropriate analysis on the department’s KPIs.
• Providing recommendations & insights to support the decision-making process
and detecting issues that may have impact on the business causing revenue loss in addition to enabling DLM collecting Invoices.
• Cleaning, correlating, and Analyzing complex data sets to interpretate it in a self-explanatory, and visualized reports.
• Provide an Inventory dashboard for the DLM customer on a weekly basis for all purchased products.
• Develop financial reports that is used for billing and invoicing purposes based
on the revenue generated (spend) from DLM accounts.
• Reporting the returned items data for the customer weekly and validate
against the customers inventory, guaranteeing zero extra cost for delayed returns.

Responsible of leading, monitoring, and driving performance of a team frontlines to achieve the operational KPI’s.
Providing monthly and quarterly analysis for the team TNPS, Agent Satisfaction, and First Contact Resolution.
Analyzing the training needs of the team and provide sufficient sessions and briefings to cover the gaps
Answering Customer queries related to billing and delayed orders, as well as Supporting technical queries related to Fixed Services “Landline, Home Broadband & IPTV”.
