Providing basic configuration of network equipment and consulting PC hardware for customers, as per their requirements.

Network support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Identifying implementation issues by meeting with customers and evaluating procedures and processes.
Developing solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow options.
Delivering verified results by testing programs for functionality and accuracy.

Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and negotiating with management.
Examining product design, customer requirements and performance standards, completing the technical studies with the determined project specifications and preparing the cost estimates.
Reviewing the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and managing the steps in creating the project schedule.
Maintaining the project schedule by monitoring the progress of projects and coordinating activities, resolving issues where necessary.
